Refund Policy

Once a refund is approved, the remaining balance will be credited to your account within 3 working days.
All refunds will be processed only via NEFT to the original payment account.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us at +91 8977 644 365 | +91 8977 620 365, or through our website, no later than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee.
In case of rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee the same caregiver/nurse will be available at the new time.
Florence Nightingales also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment without prior notice.
If we cancel a scheduled visit, any advance payment made will be fully refunded.
