By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the use of all services offered by Florence Nightingales Home Care Services and are in accordance with applicable Indian laws and healthcare regulations.

Services Offered

Florence Nightingales provides a range of home healthcare services, including but not limited to:​

  • Post-operative care
  • Elder care
  • Physiotherapy
  • Stroke rehabilitation
  • Dementia care
  • Wound management
  • Medical equipment rental

 All services are delivered by trained professionals and are subject to availability.​

Eligibility

Services are available to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under Indian law. Minors (under 18 years) should not use our services without parental or guardian consent.​

Service Requests and Scheduling

  • All service requests should be made through our official channels.
  • Urgent service requests (less than 24-hour notice) may incur additional charges and are subject to staff availability.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.​

Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are to be made upon receipt of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the nature of the service and the reason for the refund request.
  • For services paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed through bank transfers upon providing necessary bank details.​

Equipment Rental

  • Medical equipment is rented only to clients availing our healthcare services.
  • Equipment must be returned in good condition. Damages or losses may incur additional charges.​

Compliance and Privacy

We comply with the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, The Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and maintain full confidentiality under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
Patient data is handled with utmost care, used only for service delivery, and never shared with third parties without consent.

Staff Conduct and Client Responsibilities

  • Our staff are trained professionals assigned specific duties. They should not be requested to perform tasks beyond their designated roles.
  • Clients are expected to treat staff with respect and refrain from offering gifts or tips.
  • All interactions should be coordinated through our official communication channels.​

Limitation of Liability

Florence Nightingales is not liable for:​

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Delays or failures in service delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.​

Medical Disclaimer

Our services are delivered by qualified professionals. However, Florence Nightingales does not offer emergency medical treatment or diagnostic services.
In case of a medical emergency, please contact your local hospital or dial 108 immediately.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected will be used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.​

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.​

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.​
